#i was seriously just thinking earlier today that when i think of ‘unicorn’ i never think of kurt   #i always think of brittany because imo she really is a ‘unicorn’   #she’s unique and special and an incredibly rare person that most people don’t meet in their lifetime   #and i know the brittany haters are thinking ‘yeah because she’s so stupid’   #but no it has nothing to do with brittany being ‘stupid’   #it however does have everything to do with brittany being a genuinely nice person who sees the good in absolutely everyone she meets unti…   #until they give her a major reason not to*   #it has to do with her still holding onto that innocence you only have as a child because brittany likes to see the good in people   #she doesn’t want to be cynical and filled with hate like most teenagers   #brittany cares so much about everyone around her and if she allows herself to think about what the world is really like   #i’m sure she would die from worry and sadness because brittany can’t protect everyone from what the world is really life   #this is the way i view brittany and this is why i get angry when people say ‘she’s just stupid’ and then go on about their day   #brittany is a lot more than ‘stupid’   #idk man she’s a ~unicorn~

I was always told that I wouldn’t make it as a recording artist. I was told that I wasn’t pretty enough to be on television. I grew up in a high school where, if you weren’t thin, and if you didn’t have a nose job, or have money then you weren’t cool, popular or beautiful. But I knew what I wanted to be, and I kept that in my head at all times. If you believe in yourself, you can make yourself whatever you want to be.
